This Edwardian house was taken down almost completely to the ground in order for the new semi-detached houses to be erected. The new houses are of approx 250m2 and are modern 4-5 bedroom spacious family homes on the edge of London's Green Belt.

Eximius Intentio acted as a construction consultant only and working together with the client and the rest of the teams, we are happy to say that another successful project was delivered within time and budget.
