Tenterdown Road

This 1920s existing end of terrace with Art-Deco notes, London house was one of the latest project of Eximius Intentio.

The project consist of complete renovation of the property, including a large rear extension with glass conservatory, side extension and a double loft conversion.

 

After a successful planning application and two staged tender process, the property was almost completely demolished in order to be rebuild in a contemporary style while retaining the Art-Deco essence externally and internally.

The construction phase is undergoing and completion is expected by the end of 2020.
